Does SeatGeek charge a fee to buy tickets?

When you buy tickets on SeatGeek, the price you see includes all mandatory fees. This change was made to make pricing clearer and to remove surprises later in the process, so you know exactly what you’ll pay when you check out.*

The fees you are charged vary based on the event and the type of ticket you’re purchasing. Depending on the type of event, these fees are typically set by SeatGeek and/or its partner venues, teams, leagues and artist promoters that have a share in these fees. The fees are similar to what you’ll find across the ticketing industry, and are driven by supply and demand factors. They help keep SeatGeek and the teams, leagues and artists you love running, support sellers who list tickets on our marketplace, and allow us to continue improving our product to make it easier for fans to find live events.

All sales are final and since fees are part of the cost of your order, they are not refundable other than as backed by our Buyer Guarantee.

*Taxes may still apply to your purchase depending on the location of your event. The price of your ticket also excludes delivery fees, and any optional services or add-ons you may select. Taxes and these optional services or fees are added separately at checkout, as required by law.
