Navigate to the Sign in screen, and select "Use Password Instead."
You will then see a Forgot password? option. Click Forgot password? and enter the e-mail address associated with your existing SeatGeek account.
A password reset e-mail will be sent to that e-mail address. Follow the prompts in that e-mail to set a new password. Your new password must be different than your previous password and must be 8 characters or longer.
If you're on a desktop computer or using our mobile website, you may be sent a security code via text or email (your choice) to verify your identity and finish updating your information. Enter that code and that's it: your password has now been updated!
Note:
If you have not made a previous purchase with SeatGeek, or have not yet set up your own SeatGeek account, you will need to register for a new account. A password reset email will only go to an email address that has already been registered on a SeatGeek account
